The hotel's decoration had a classic and elegant touch, with beautiful furniture and charming details. The general areas were spacious and well-maintained, making it easy for senior people to move around comfortably. Additionally, the hotel had ramps and elevators, which was very convenient for us.

I would have appreciated if the children working there were more attentive to the needs of senior guests.

The location of the hotel is ideal, as it is situated right next to the slopes and in the heart of the lively area with restaurants and pubs. It is also just a short walk to La Rosiere center, providing easy access to shops and more dining options. the rooms are spacious and equipped with a full kitchen, allowing guests to cook their meals if desired.

Some guests have mentioned that the cleanliness of the rooms could be improved, with limited linens and towels provided.

We could even ski right back to the front door, which was incredibly convenient. The spacious apartment provided ample storage space in the bedrooms, which was unexpected for a ski accommodation. Despite temperatures of up to minus 20 degrees, the apartment was always warm and cozy. Additionally, the large ski locker downstairs was very handy, and the underground car park was convenient, albeit a bit expensive. the location and amenities of this place made our ski trip even more enjoyable.

We absolutely loved our stay at Les Balcons! The value for money was fantastic and our room was spacious with a stunning view. The location was perfect, right by the slopes and surrounded by great restaurants and shops. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The only thing that could have been better was the breakfast choices.

The apartment we stayed in was incredibly spacious with lots of storage and a well-equipped kitchen. We loved relaxing by the wood burner in the lounge area after a day on the slopes. The location was perfect, as we could ski right back to the apartment door and it was close to shops and restaurants.

We did have a few issues during our stay. The sofa bed in the living area was uncomfortable and some of the staff were unhelpful.

The location of the apartment was perfect, only a short walk to the slopes and close to local shops. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, with stunning mountain scenery. The apartment was warm and had a good shower, which was perfect after a long day of skiing.

The equipment in the kitchen was not up to standard, with pans that were useless on the electric hob and a blunt kitchen knife. the noise from other guests not adhering to the rules of no ski boots upstairs made for a noisy environment.

I stayed at this hotel recently and I was blown away by its amazing location. It was right at the foot of the slopes, making it incredibly convenient for skiing. The ski storage room was a great bonus, keeping all of my equipment safe and organized. The staff were also fantastic, always friendly and helpful. I also really enjoyed the free Wi-Fi in the rooms, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay. The room amenities were top-notch, with a comfortable sitting area and everything I needed in terms of cookware and kitchen utensils. this place provided a luxurious and comfortable experience.
